"Bringing Hope to a Drowning World"
The Bible Training Center offers its
students a unique opportunity to work with
Mexican nationals in many areas of
ministry. The students will earn an
ASSOCIATE of ARTS DEGREE in Biblical
Studies as well as hands-on training with
local pastors. One of the main skills
required for pastors and missionaries
working in third-world countries is tent-
making skills. The students will have
training in many job skills and will be able
to put those skills into practical application.
El Sembrador Ministerios Internacionales
(ESMI) will host its next class in
September of 2008. This school will be
training both nationals and non-nationals in
pastoral studies and church planting and
will host short-term teams doing
outreaches into towns and local farm
camps, working with local pastors teaching
people about God’s heart for the lost and
his plan for the nations.
The goal of ESMI is to prepare its students
to serve the kingdom of God as pastors,
church planters or missionaries working
with unreached people from all over the
world by preparing them to serve in
Mexico, the Middle East , Africa or any
other place the Lord calls them.
The Directors
George and Jeri McClure have been married for
29 wonderful years, have 4 adult children and 4
grandchildren all living in CA. After their children
were grown, George and Jeri felt God calling
them to the mission field; specifically, Mexico.
They spent 5 years leading Casa de Dios and
other groups from High Desert Church in
Victorville, CA, on week-end trips to Northern
Baja working with the local pastors there doing
evangelistic outreaches as well as church
building projects. After 5 years of spending at
least one weekend a month in Mexico, they felt
God calling them to full-time ministry.
They started by spending a year in Oaxaca,
which is in Southern Mexico, at a missionary
training school studying the different cultures,
improving their Spanish, and receiving a degree
in biblically studies. During that time, they felt
God calling them to San Ignacio, which is in Baja
California Sur. There they opened a Bible
Training Center and host short-term teams
working with unreached and displaced nationals
in Baja.

Photo Tour of the Lighthouse
This is our living room where we
hang-out, meet and sometimes study.
We live in a wonderful environment, so
a lot of our time is spent outdoors. The
pictures above and to the left are of our
grounds
We are blessed with a very
small but efficient kitchen.
All the food is prepared on
site by our own staff. We
have, in the past, served
dinners for more than 35
people with no problem.
The dining room also
doubles as the library. We
have a good selection of
study materials as well as
Internet access.
The room pictured here is
currently being used as a guest
room, but during the school year,
it becomes part of our dorms.
